Viewing subscription activity helps you resolve disputed invoices and charges, answer customer queries and troubleshoot problems. You can view a subscription’s usage data or events. For example, view usage data when you need to:

The Calls page provides a summary of the number of calls a telephony subscription makes in a rating period. Detailed call information lists each call and charge raised. Use this page to review disputed calls and invoices and to make usage unchargeable.
The Activity page provides a summary of the data a subscription used in a rating period. If the subscription is currently logged in, the Activity page also provides a summary of the current session. The period usage information chart displays a graph of the subscription’s usage throughout the rating period. The chart can display usage by Uploads, Downloads or Combined data. Billable Items are shown as the overall usage for the period and the usage on each day.
The Events page displays actions or other changes that occurs on a subscription. Viewing events lets you check when an action occurred on a subscription and helps you answer customer enquiries and troubleshoot problems.
Cost centres let you assign costs to a specific division within your company. After you define cost centres on an account, you can assign the cost centres to the account’s subscriptions.If configured to do so, Inomial Billing groups charges by cost centre when it generates an invoice.
Create a cost centre – After you create a cost centre, you can assign it to the subscriptions on the account.
|Make a one-off sale
When you sell a customer a new account or subscription, you create an account for the customer in Inomial Billing. However, if you also use Inomial to sell products in a retail shop or other alternative situations, you may not wish to create an account for each customer who buys a product or service. To make a one-off sale to a customer without creating an account, use the predefined Cash Sales account. To make a one-off sale:
