Inomial Billing News – November 2018
|New in the latest release of Inomial Billing Software
|Adjust scheduled payments with dynamic payment rescheduling
The latest release of Inomial Billing software introduces dynamic payment rescheduling, enabling future scheduled payments to be adjusted to reflect any new payments or credits that have been applied to an account or invoice. Inomial Billing automates the creation of scheduled payments for customers with stored payment details during invoice approval, but this approach assumes that scheduled payments for future dates will remain the same. In reality, customers sometimes want to make ad-hoc payments using different methods to the one they normally use, such as through BPAY, bank transfer or over the phone with a credit card. Previously, these payments would not affect the charging of the original scheduled amount, thereby putting the account into credit. Inomial Billing now adjusts for new payments applied to an account or invoice and can dynamically cancel or reschedule current scheduled payments as required. |Event update: DGIT at Digital Transformation Asia
Earlier this month, the DGIT team were in Kuala Lumpur for TM Forum Digital Transformation Asia, a key event for leading companies in the region’s telecommunications industry. This year’s event was hugely popular with over 1200 individual registrations and a sold-out expo, giving Telflow and Inomial Billing some great exposure to potential customers and reinforcing our reputation as thought leaders in the digital transformation space.
DGIT CEO Greg Tilton presented alongside Agus F. Abdillah (Chief Product and Services Officer, Telkomtelstra). Visitors to the DGIT booth got to spin the DGIT Capability Wheel to win chocolates and Lenovo tablets, while Siltvani from DGIT’s Bali office ran demonstrations of DGIT’s Catalyst project, “Zero Touch Marketplace Integration”.
Zero Touch Marketplace Integration enables buyers to onboard, discover, integrate, qualify, order and manage products and services from a supplier with complete flow-through and without any IT work. It’s a fantastic showcase for both Telflow and Inomial Billing, and achieves one of the key objectives of TM Forum Open Digital Architecture, allowing communities of service providers to partner seamlessly and provide maximum convenience to customers.

When you select the stationery to use for a document, Inomial Billing enters the required information into the document and displays it in the specified format. Stationery can have different formats and content to suit different situations, including graphical elements such as backgrounds and company logos. For example, an organisation that owns several companies may have a different layout for each company’s receipts. The account package defines the default stationery available to each given account type. You can view or change stationery at an account level or at an individual account level from the account’s Branding page. Stationery is used for documents such as:
