Adjust scheduled payments with dynamic payment rescheduling The latest release of Inomial Billing software introduces dynamic payment rescheduling, enabling future scheduled payments to be adjusted to reflect any new payments or credits that have been applied to an account or invoice. Inomial Billing automates the creation of scheduled payments for customers with stored payment details during invoice approval, but this approach assumes that scheduled payments for future dates will remain the same. In reality, customers sometimes want to make ad-hoc payments using different methods to the one they normally use, such as through BPAY, bank transfer or over the phone with a credit card. Previously, these payments would not affect the charging of the original scheduled amount, thereby putting the account into credit. Inomial Billing now adjusts for new payments applied to an account or invoice and can dynamically cancel or reschedule current scheduled payments as required.
