|Dynamic payment rescheduling update
In our last newsletter, we introduced dynamic payment rescheduling: a new feature that enables future scheduled payments to be adjusted to reflect any new payments or credits that may have been applied to an account or invoice. Dynamic payment rescheduling became available in Inomial Billing 6.2.5, and you can read more about it on our blog.
Dynamic payment rescheduling has been extremely well received by our customers, most of whom are now on Inomial Billing 6.2.5.
We are keen to upgrade the rest of our customers to ensure everyone receives the benefits of the new feature, and so that we can continue to provide the best possible support. If you’re on a release prior to 6.2.5 and haven’t replied to a request from us to upgrade (or if you haven’t received a request), please reach out to me by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via phone on +61 3 9999 3128.
To check which version of Inomial Billing you’re currently using, log in to the platform and go to “About Smile“. Smile 6 customers will find “About Smile” in the main Inomial menu in the top left corner of the page, while customers on Smile 5.4 can click “About Smile” directly from the homepage.
Event update: DGIT at Digital Transformation Middle East
Earlier in January, the DGIT team flew to Dubai for Digital Transformation Middle East, a TM Forum event for the region’s billing telco industry. DGIT attends a number of international industry events each year, highlighting our role in shaping industry standards and ensuring that both our platforms, Inomial Billing and Telflow, stay at the forefront of technical innovation.
